For more than two decades, I have built, led, and optimized large-scale real estate operations. I understand the complexities of managing scattered-site portfolios because I have lived them—serving as Vice President of Portfolio Management at American Residential Properties and Director of Property Management at Tricon American Homes.
During my tenure as an operator, I repeatedly saw employees enter institutional SFR without role-specific education. Companies were forced to build their own inconsistent internal training. Employees understood their individual tasks in isolation, not as part of the complete resident and asset lifecycle. Licensing education and operational education existed in entirely separate worlds.
I founded Click2CE, the Institutional SFR Academy, and WiseFile Solutions to close those exact gaps.
